Hi Friend —
Lots of updates to share!
First, a quick word on last Tuesday’s elections: Democrats ran
disciplined, well-funded operations — using the government
shutdown, street protests, and chaos to drive turnout.
Republicans fell short across the board.
The takeaway for all of us who care about liberty is crystal
clear: 2026 will belong to those who show up. Get involved
locally. Volunteer. Support candidates you believe in. Serve as
an election worker or poll watcher. Leave nothing to chance.
I’m excited to share that True the Vote is gearing up in a big
way. For the first time ever, we’re uniting all of our trainings,
technology, and resources on one secure platform — making it
easier than ever for citizens to organize, connect, and protect
our elections.
More details soon, but know this: the past does not have to be
prologue. The future belongs to the engaged, the steadfast, and
the faithful.
Next Up — Encouraging News for Election Integrity in Georgia
Encouraging news out of Georgia: DOJ Assistant Attorney for Civil
Rights Harmeet Dhillon has filed a motion to unseal key evidence
in the Georgia State Election Board case — a long-overdue step
toward real transparency.
As Wendi Mahoney reports in American Thinker (

), those sealed records may reveal what really happened in Fulton
County’s 2020 vote counts — including serious chain-of-custody
and tabulation irregularities that state officials have fought to
keep hidden.
True the Vote has firsthand experience with the systemic
obstruction of Georgia leadership. Now, with the DOJ engaged and
willing to lift the veil, we look forward to the chance to share
what we know and to help ensure that Georgia’s elections are
lawful, auditable, and worthy of public trust.
A word to the critics — outlets like the Atlanta
Journal-Constitution want to frame this as an inability to “move
on” from 2020. That’s false. This isn’t about looking back; it’s
about learning the truth so it doesn’t happen again.
Those who refuse to learn from history are destined to repeat it
— and that's not politics, it’s common sense.
Speaking of 2020 Nightmares Not to be Repeated ... Let's Talk
About China Cover-up.
The Senate Judiciary Committee (

) has now released a report confirming the declassification of
FBI documents alleging that the People’s Republic of China
manufactured counterfeit U.S. driver’s licenses and shipped them
into the U.S. as part of a scheme to facilitate tens of thousands
of fraudulent mail-in ballots during the 2020 election.
The FBI originally issued an Intelligence Information Report
(IIR) in August 2020, but then abruptly “recalled” it and
suppressed any further investigation because it reportedly would
have contradicted testimony by then-FBI Director Christopher
Wray.
But fake IDs were only part of the story. As our True the Vote
investigation into Konnech (

) revealed, the FBI also knew that massive amounts of U.S.
election data were being managed in China — by a company whose
leadership pledged loyalty to the Chinese Communist Party.
This is far from over.
If you’ve followed our work, you’ll remember the “Perpetual P.S.”
we used to post — a standing list of evidence we were willing to
share with the Trump Administration:
* Geospatial data showing ballot drop-box abuse
* Non-citizen database evidence buried since 2016
* 10,000+ Konnech documents proving CCP-linked data management
* Banking records tied to a multi-state ballot trafficking ring
* Full correspondence with FBI agents from 2020–2022
I said we’d keep posting that list until someone in authority
finally called.
Well — we don’t have to post it anymore. 🙂 Stay tuned.
The Latest on FOIA Responses
You may remember that True the Vote’s FOIA Project filed 278 open
records requests with state and county election offices across
the country, seeking transparency about their compliance with
Executive Order 14248.
So far, 30 offices have produced documents, 17 have issued
invoices or demanded payment (many of those for “research only,”
with no guarantee of records), and an astonishing 121 have not
responded at all.
The results reveal what we’ve long suspected — transparency in
election administration is wildly inconsistent. Some offices have
cooperated fully, while others have denied access, imposed steep
fees, or simply ignored the law.
Even more telling: most of the non-responsive offices are in
blue-leaning states, underscoring the uneven, and often partisan,
application of public-records laws that are supposed to serve
every American.
We’ll keep pressing forward — people have a right to know how
their elections are run.
