Friend,
Supporters of the right to keep and
bear arms suffered a handful of crushing defeats in multiple elections
during the last week in gun rights.
First, Zohran “Ban All Guns” Mamdani, was elected Mayor of
New York City, which already has the feel of a bad episode of The
Twilight Zone.
But then Virginia and New Jersey
fell, too.
New Jersey elected Mikie Sherrill,
a bought-and-paid-for Everytown shill, as Governor. And in related
news, shipments of boxed wine to the Governor’s mansion are expected
to rise by as much as 12,000% in the New Year.
But all kidding aside, Sherrill is
an Everytown-endorsed tyrant who will no doubt be reviving many of the
gun control bills that have yet to pass this year in order to
infuriate NJ gun owners even more.
And don’t even get us started on
Virginia. VA elected Everytown-backed candidates to Governor, LT.
Governor, AND Attorney General.
You may remember Jay “Murder Texting” Jones. You know, that
guy who fantasized about SHOOTING his political opponents? Well, now
he’s Virginia’s AG!
Ditto what we said about New
Jersey. You can bet these gun control puppets will sign and enforce
just about any anti-gun law proposed.
That’s why FPC has already started to re-ink the Lawsuit
Printer, because we’ve got to make sure these authoritarians
FAIL!
In other news, FPC is now just a
week out from a crucial NFA deadline on Nov. 14th, and we’re asking
all of our supporters to consider chipping in to help us meet the
goal.
Mark this date on your calendar,
because on the 14th, FPC will be asking a Judge to grant us our Motion
for Summary Judgment in our NFA case Brown v. ATF.
With all that, here’s a quick
breakdown of all of the legal activity that you may have missed during
this last week in gun rights:
