john, we have an FEC deadline coming up at the end of the week, and as we get closer to Election Day, this is a huge benchmark for our campaign.

2,500 CONTRIBUTIONS NEEDED:

If you can, chip in now →

I joined the U.S. Army after 9/11 to do more in a time of crisis. That's the same reason I got into this race -- our country is in a crisis and it's my duty to step up and serve.

This time, we're facing a crisis of leadership.

Washington politicians are putting corporate special interests over the interests of Tennesseans, and my opponent Bill Hagerty promises to be another rubber stamp like Sen. Marsha Blackburn.

That's why Trump tweet-launched Hagerty's campaign months before he even got started. It's why Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, Sen. Tom Cotton, Alternative facts Kellyanne Conway and more have helped Hagerty stuff more than $5 million into his campaign coffers.

Our campaign is about Tennessee -- not special interests. It runs on small-dollar contributions from grassroots supporters like you, and I'm counting on your support ahead of the FEC deadline this Friday. If you are able to chip in a few dollars, please contribute today. Any amount at all makes a big difference.

In service,

James
