To the federal judges standing up to Trump:

Thank you for having the courage to stand up to an authoritarian president whose complete disregard for our Constitution is putting us all in danger.

When Trump threatened to withhold emergency funds for SNAP benefits during the government shutdown, a federal judge ordered him to release the funding.

When Trump tried to enact strict voter ID rules on federal voter registration forms, a federal judge permanently barred him from doing so.

When Trump tried to continue his hostile takeover of our cities by deploying National Guard troops in Chicago and Portland, federal judges stepped in and blocked them.

Thank you for standing up for our democracy. Thank you for protecting the rule of law in America. I’m grateful for your steadfast pursuit of justice and I hope you will continue blocking Trump’s unprecedented quest for unchecked power.
