We wanted you to be the first to see our statement regarding the recent ruling by Judge Immergut barring Trump from deploying troops to Portland.

Bottom line: the number of troops needed in Portland is zero.

The Trump administration has repeatedly lied to the court in attempt to justify deploying the National Guard to Portland. We think the National Guard has better things to do than protect ICE agents while they tear gas people dancing in inflatable suits or holding up signs on the sidewalk.

Oregon was able to fight Trump's unlawful deployment because our Governor, Attorney General, and members of Congress have our backs.

We must support our Democratic elected officials in 2026 - pitch in what you can you to help us give everything we've got to achieve victory in next year's elections!
