We know Sharice emailed you yesterday about the latest updates for our campaign because, well… she reached out to pretty much everyone!

To that end, we wanted to follow up with a little more information on the gameplan for Team Sharice over these next few weeks, and tell you exactly why your support makes a big difference not only for our campaign — but for Kansas’ future as a whole.

We’ll share the toplines with you in a second, but we also want to be transparent: Our fundraising this month has started off a little bit slow. We’re not pushing the panic button or claiming that the sky will fall if you don’t donate, but it’s something we want to correct. Can you help Sharice out?

Here’s where things stand:

• Donald Trump’s gerrymander has stalled in Kansas… for now. But Kansas Republicans aren’t showing any signs of giving up. The Kansas House Speaker even released a press release with the title “Countdown to January 12th” — the very first opportunity Kansas Republicans will have to gerrymander Kansas’ maps.


• So for all intents and purposes, our next Election Day is just two months away. For most other Congressional campaigns, they won’t even begin to think about ramping up until 2026. Not us. We have to keep this campaign firing on all cylinders for another two months, just like we have since September.


• Your support is what made Kansas Republicans back off this month. And it’s how we’ll win this next round too. Because so many folks like you stepped up, Kansas Republicans felt the pressure. They knew the political consequences would be enormous if they went ahead with the November special session — so they dropped it. Now, we need to keep it up.

This gerrymandering battle isn’t about one campaign or one Congresswoman. This is about protecting our democracy and our future from an increasingly extreme Kansas Republican Party.
