Hi team, it’s Kate Gallego.
One in five Phoenix residents rely on federal SNAP benefits to put food on the table.
With the Trump Administration blocking these benefits, the City of Phoenix is stepping up with a citywide food drive to help support families that need food assistance.
Phoenix is partnering with St. Mary’s Food Bank to ensure residents have access to nutritious meals.
Today, I’m asking for your help in lifting up our neighbors.
Please visit phoenix.gov/hungerrelief [[link removed]] for information about how you can make a difference. Cash donations are particularly important: Local food banks can turn every dollar donated into five meals.
