Friend,

Today’s my 32nd birthday. Last night, my wife Melissa asked me a simple but important question:

“What do you want to achieve in the next year?”

I’ve spent most of the time since thinking about that question, and I’d really like to hear what you think.

Over the last few years, I’ve been proud of what we’ve built together here in Salem and across New Hampshire. But as I look ahead, I want to make sure the goals I set for the next year reflect the priorities, challenges, and hopes of the people I serve and fight for everyday.

So here’s my birthday request:
