Here are the three things you need to know about the fight for control of Congress next year:

1. President Trump has ordered Republicans to gerrymander as many districts as possible to rig the House map in his favor so he can maintain control of Congress in the midterms.

2. If Virginia's maps get redrawn, we can offset that by flipping up to FOUR House seats blue.

3. But after Democrats delivered historic wins in our elections on Tuesday, Republicans are going to do whatever it takes to force out as many House Democrats as they can and rig the game ahead of some of the most consequential elections of our lifetime.

Look​​, we can’t let Trump’s attempt to manipulate the House map and win next year go unanswered – not with affordable health care, the cost of living, and our shot to restore accountability on the line.

We need to stand up and push back.

We need to support VA’s redistricting efforts, elect Democrats all across the Commonwealth, protect this Senate seat, and flip control of Congress next year so we can put a check on Trump’s deeply unpopular – not to mention dangerous – agenda.
