Step 1: Rest

Whether you knocked doors, made calls, chipped in a few bucks, or just
paid attention + spread the word, your energy helped elect the Democratic
leaders who will fight back against Donald Trump + the GOP. Use the days +
weeks following this election to rest, recover, reflect, and recharge for
the fight ahead.

Step 2: Re-engage

Once you’re all rested up, it’s time to re-engage. Find a new candidate
(or two… or three…) or an issue to support ahead of the 2026 midterms. Do
some research about who and what is on your ballot, then decide how you
want to take action.

Step 3: Invest

There are two main ways you can invest in a candidate or cause you care

favorite candidate, campaign, or grassroots movement like ours, which
supports Democrats running in some of the most competitive races across
the country. If you would prefer to volunteer your time, connect directly
with the campaign you’re eager to support to learn about ways to get
involved.

Step 4: Organize

Simply having conversations with your friends, family, and neighbors about
the candidates and issues you choose to support is one of the most
powerful tools to organize before an election. Start talking, get curious,
and stay productive!

Step 5: Win

Focusing our energy, investing our resources, and organizing our
communities are our best chance to WIN the 2026 midterms – and that work
has to start TODAY.
