The Wyodak Resources Development Corp. – Wyodak Mine of Black Hills Energy, has submitted a mining permit renewal application to the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) Land Quality Division (LQD) for its coal mining operations in Campbell County.
The Wyodak Mine is located approximately five miles east of Gillette, Wyoming. The renewal application is available for public review at the LQD offices in Cheyenne or Sheridan. Prior to approval, the application will be readvertised to allow for a formal public comment period.
