Friends, our big Democratic wins on Tuesday weren’t by accident.

In New York City, Zohran Mamdani ran a campaign that was relentlessly focused on affordability. Even when attacked for his religion or background, he brought the conversation back to kitchen table issues like the cost of housing and transportation.

In New Jersey, Mikie Sherrill talked about freezing runaway energy bills and fighting to protect funding for local infrastructure projects that Trump was threatening to pull.

In Virginia, Abigail Spanberger spoke to voters who were being economically devastated by Trump’s mass firings of federal workers and the GOP’s reckless government shutdown, now the longest in history.

Despite running different races in different states, the idea is the same: Voters are rightfully angry that life just gets more and more expensive, and they are hungry for leaders with real solutions.

Trump ran and won in 2024 on the promise that he would bring down the price of essentials like groceries, health care, and energy on Day One. It was a lie.

Now, a year later, working class voters are seeing the writing on the wall. Trump’s top priorities have been cutting taxes for billionaires, raising your health care premiums, and kicking working families off food assistance. It’s a disgraceful, failed agenda, and Americans are pissed.

Friend, we have a big opportunity in the upcoming midterms to build on these successes and win back the working class voters we lost to Trump.

I’m running for re-election to the Senate in Massachusetts because I’m not afraid to go up against the billionaires, the oligarchs, and the corporate CEOs to fight for a working class agenda that seriously addresses the cost of living crisis.

If you want to turn this momentum into even more Democratic victories, please: Chip in $5 or whatever you can afford to my campaign today. Our party has been shown the way forward, now it’s time to go all in so we can defeat the far-right and their disastrous agenda.
