Country First is seeking a communications professional with a passion for democracy and strong creative skills in social media content creation, copywriting, video production, and graphic design. This position plays a key role in shaping and sharing the Country First message through dynamic, high-impact content.
The ideal candidate will:
- Develop and manage creative content across all social media platforms.
- Write engaging copy aligned with Country First’s voice and mission.
- Produce and edit short-form video content for digital campaigns.
- Design visually compelling graphics for web and social media.
- Work collaboratively with leadership to elevate Country First’s storytelling and online presence
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in social media management and audience engagement.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut).
- Strong design capabilities in Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent tools.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a sharp attention to tone and detail.
- Familiarity with political, advocacy, or nonprofit messaging preferred.
Portfolio Submission (Required):
Applicants must include a digital portfolio showcasing at least three examples of their work that demonstrate skills in:
- Video editing or motion graphics
- Social media campaigns or post design
- Copywriting or message framing
