TELL STARBUCKS CEO: Unionized Starbucks baristas are ready to strike on November 13th if
Starbucks executives still refuse to offer workers a fair union contract.
More than 12,000 baristas are asking ultra-rich CEO Brian Niccol, who made
$98 million in 2024, for livable wages and better working conditions. Sign the petition: Stand in solidarity with Starbucks workers!

Unionized Starbucks workers have had enough. Corporate executives continue
to refuse to meet the core demands of more than 12,000 baristas across the
country — so Starbucks Workers United has authorized a strike beginning on
November 13th if they don’t receive a fair union contract.^1
Starbucks workers are asking for livable wages, better staffing at stores
to improve working conditions, and for executives to resolve the hundreds
of outstanding unfair labor practices for the corporation’s
union-busting.^2
CEO Brian Niccol has the widest pay gap between chief executive and
average worker amongst all S&P 500 companies, according to the AFL-CIO. He
made over $90 million in 2024, 6,666x the average employee^3. There’s more
than enough money to pay and treat unionized baristas fairly! Let’s stand
with unionized Starbucks workers if they go on strike on November 13th!

The Starbucks workers union—Starbucks Workers United—have won a lot since
they began organizing in 2021. They’ve unionized over 500 stores, improved
some working conditions, and won tentative agreements in place at certain
stores that will help baristas.
But Niccol and other Starbucks executives continue to stonewall on a good
union contract.^4 Instead of engaging with the union, Niccol announced
mass store closures in the U.S., including 59 union locations.
Starbucks has racked up the most unfair labor practice charges in modern
history.^5 It’s time for executives to negotiate a fair contract. Until
then, we must stand with unionized baristas!
