DOJ efforts to seize voter data ‘pose serious risks’

In a letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi, a pair of Democratic senators — citing reporting from Democracy Docket and others — said DOJ’s efforts to seize voter data from states “appear to be driven by blind allegiance to the President’s unlawful” sweeping anti-voting order and pose serious privacy risks.

More than 200,000 Missourians have signed a petition supporting a ballot referendum to block Republicans’ new gerrymandered congressional map – while GOP officials are working to thwart them at every turn.
Secretary of State Denny Hoskins (R) submitted deeply biased proposed ballot language for the measure. The language tells voters that the GOP gerrymander, which would eliminate a majority-Black seat in Kansas City, “better reflects statewide voting patterns.”
