For decades, Nancy Pelosi has shown the world what it means to lead with courage, conviction and heart.

Today, she announced her retirement. Will you join me and the Off the Sidelines community and sign our card thanking her for her nearly forty years of service?

She shattered glass ceilings as the first woman ever elected Speaker of the House. She’s been an extraordinary force — fighting for working families, defending democracy and never backing down in the face of challenges.

And she’s done it all with grace and grit.

Nancy Pelosi’s leadership has made history. She’s delivered landmark legislation, protected our fundamental rights and inspired generations of women and girls to step off the sidelines and into the arena.

Now, as she closes a remarkable chapter in her public service, I want to make sure she knows just how much she’s meant to all of us.
