Tonight at midnight is the end of our last week before voting starts. A couple things will happen then:

• Everything we raised will go towards GOTV (Get Out the Vote): ads, mailers, and phone banking.

• We’ll invest $1,000 a day in phone banking, because it’s the closest thing to canvassing we can safely do right now.

Fundraising has been amazing — we more than doubled our fundraising from the first quarter to second quarter.

But I’m still $6,404 away from this week’s goal.

Our message of housing, health care, a secure retirement, and jobs for all is resonating across the entire district. This working-class district has been blue for 55 years. It’s time we had a representative fighting for us, not corporations.
