Your Judicial Watch just filed a major new FOIA lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Justice to expose yet another Deep State scheme to bring down President Trump.

Judicial Watch
Dear Fellow American,

As a follower of Judicial Watch’s work, I know you care deeply about honest elections and the rule of law. And I truly appreciate you reading my updates on the impact our donors create.

But my records (if they’re correct) show you have never taken the step to make a financial contribution yourself.

I think I know why…

Because you may believe one of the two big misconceptions people often have about Judicial Watch:

  1. You may think Judicial Watch is funded by legal settlements, or that our clients pay us.

  2. Or you may have doubts on whether your gifts actually made a difference.

The truth is, we don’t charge our clients a dime. And your gifts DO make an impact. We rely almost entirely on voluntary gifts from citizens like you. Those gifts are what fuel our investigations and lawsuits.

And it’s why I’m writing today: to ask you to become a financial supporter of Judicial Watch yourself.

The threat to fair elections is growing.

“Dirty” voter rolls — filled with names of people who’ve died or moved — are rampant in states across the nation and are an open invitation to voter fraud. (Oregon, for example, has more names on its voter rolls than living eligible voters — another Judicial Watch case.)

And Leftists are still pushing to expand reckless “Covid-era” policies like mass mail-in ballots and the elimination of ID and residency rules — making it easier to commit fraud and harder to detect it.

But your Judicial Watch is fighting back in court. And we’re winning:

  • In Pennsylvania, officials admitted they removed 178,258 ineligible registrations after our lawsuit.
  • In Los Angeles County, we forced the removal of over 1.2 million ineligible names; the largest voter roll cleanup in U.S. history.
  • These are just two of several states. All told, our legal efforts have helped remove more than 5 million outdated registrations across multiple states.

And we’re not stopping.

We’re now even before the U.S. Supreme Court, challenging illegal attempts to extend Election Day in the highest court in the land.

We’re uncovering evidence of non-citizen voting and election mismanagement.

We’ve defended voter ID laws, gained access to corrupted voter rolls, and broken through legal resistance in some of the worst-run election systems in the country.

You see, while others talk, Judicial Watch acts.

Thanks to your past support, we’ve built one of the most effective legal operations in the conservative movement, and we’re the only organization consistently using the courts to force real reform.

But we can’t expand any of this work as much as it deserves without you.

Please join Judicial Watch as a financial supporter by making your most generous tax-deductible gift today.

Make a Gift Now to Keep Judicial Watch Fighting in Court for Your Rights and Freedoms

The gifts of citizens like you mean everything. Literally. Donors are the reason Judicial Watch has been able to assemble the strongest election integrity legal team in the country.

Your gift will help us continue our lawsuits to defend election integrity and force government transparency.

I don’t know if I’m right about why you haven’t given in the last 12 months. But if I am, I hope this message has helped answer your questions.

Your financial support really does matter and with all that’s at stake it’s vital.

Either way, I hope you’ll consider rejoining our cause and standing with us as we battle the lawless Left and the corruption they’re unleashing across the country.

Because with you back on our team, I know we can keep winning.

Sincerely,

Tom Fitton

President, Judicial Watch

P.S. Your renewed support now will fuel Judicial Watch’s continued fight for honest elections and the rule of law! Please join the fight!
