Team, on Tuesday night, the people of New Jersey sent the nation a message:

We do not accept the past nine months of chaos and cruelty as our new normal.

We will not stand by as politicians jack up costs for working families, all the while giving billionaires more and more breaks.

And we’re determined to build a better future — a future where we work relentlessly to make life easier for working families, where we respect our fundamental freedoms and the rule of law, and where loyalty to the Constitution comes before loyalty to any politician or political party.

Our mission now is to deliver. To make everyday life more affordable, make our government more accessible and transparent, ensure every child gets the great education they deserve, and tackle the challenges facing our state head-on. And I can’t wait to get to work.

I cannot thank you enough for everything you did to help us achieve this resounding victory.

We could never have done it without this incredible grassroots team. Never doubt for a second that your support made a real difference, and I will always be grateful.

We’ve got a big to-do list in front of us, and I could not be prouder to have you on my side as we work to deliver on it for the people of New Jersey and for our nation.
