If Demuth becomes the Republican nominee and wins this race, it would devastate so much of the progress we’ve made under Tim’s leadership.
Her far-right agenda would raise costs, underfund our schools, and ban abortion — and she already said she’ll seek the endorsement of Donald Trump.
This isn’t some random candidate out of left field, John: she’s the highest-ranking Republican in our state legislature. Republicans could consolidate support around her and spend big money to help her unseat Tim.
If we’re going to keep the MAGA agenda out of the governor’s office and keep putting Minnesota values first, we have to be ready to act fast and keep our campaign strong over the course of this next year, no matter what comes our way.
