We are Lou and Nancy Stremick, grandparents to Ella, a brave and determined 20-year-old who has cystic fibrosis. Like all grandparents, our granddaughter means the world to us — and we would do anything to protect her. The Stremick Family is offering a $250,000 match for the CF Foundation’s 2025 GivingTuesday campaign. Beginning Dec. 1, 2025, non-special event donations made online at cff.org in the amount of $1 to $250,000 in support of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation will be matched dollar for dollar up to $250,000 by Dec. 4, 2025, or when the match is complete, whichever comes first. Donations received in excess of the match will be used to support the CF Foundation’s mission.
