I am excited to announce that the third episode of our flagship series, Project Cosmos, is now available on YouTube, listening platforms, and Substack.

In this episode, we discuss the meaning of techno-optimism in contemporary society. We debate whether technology can serve the common good, consider the moral and spiritual challenges of the digital age, and highlight the necessity of subsidiarity, education, and local solutions.

  • Aaron M. Renn is a writer, urban analyst, and consultant, and he authored Life in the Negative World: Confronting Challenges in an Anti-Christian Culture (2024).
     
  • Matthew Walther is editor of The Lamp, a Catholic literary journal, and he is a contributing Opinion writer for The New York Times.
     
  • Frank Hanna is an American entrepreneur, merchant banker and philanthropist in conservative networks.
