Fulfillment Fund&rsquo;s annual Career Expo presented by AIT Worldwide Logistics brought together 189 college students and alumni, along with 16 industry professionals for a day filled with inspiration and career insight. From learning how to navigate the job market to hearing real-world advice from accomplished panelists including Josh Aguilar (Cybersecurity Manager, Cordoba Corporation), Eddie Arakel (Manager, Global Talent Acquisition Programs, Sony Pictures Entertainment), Sreeja Apparaju (Machine Learning Engineer, Snapchat), Lauren Cardenas (University Recruiting Senior Associate, Grant Thornton), Shirley De La Cruz (Research Coordinator, UCLA Health), Katie Foster (Recruiter, Early Career, NBCUniversal),&nbsp;Joshua Gutierrez (Program Manager, Netflix), Marco Hernandez (VP of Commercial Real Estate, City National Bank), Daisy Mateo, Esq. (Associate Attorney, Sanders Roberts LLP), Alana Mayo (President, Orion Pictures), Shanna McCormick (Director, Global L&amp;D, AIT), Alfredo Portillo (Manufacturing Engineer, Rivian), Martin Rincon (Job Placement Manager, CareerSpring), Mr. Kelly Tachikawa (Recruiting Director/Career Coach, Blue Sky Management Group), Andrew Witt (VP of North America Operations, AIT), and Gina Zelaya (Talent Acquisition Manager, Enterprise Mobility), students walked away empowered to take the next step in their professional journeys.
As a result of Career Expo, 91.5% of students reported feeling more confident about their next career steps, underscoring the event&rsquo;s impact in preparing them for future success.&nbsp;

College App Season is Here!&nbsp; &nbsp;
All October, our high school seniors have been diving headfirst into&nbsp;college application season&mdash;starting strong by submitting their Cal State applications! With more college application deadlines approaching, our incredible college counselors are guiding students every step of the way through UC Application workshops and personalized one-on-one advising sessions. Together, we&rsquo;re making sure every Fulfillment Fund student feels supported, confident, and ready to take the next big step toward their college dreams.

We celebrated National Transfer Week by honoring the courage and determination it takes for students to start fresh at a four-year university and embrace new opportunities. It&rsquo;s FAFSA O'clock&nbsp;&nbsp;
The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is officially open! We just released a TikTok video breaking down what students need to know before hitting submit. Last year, 99.5% of our students completed the FAFSA! From gathering W-2s to finalizing college lists, we&rsquo;re making sure every student is prepared and fully supported in completing the FAFSA.&nbsp;

Picture Your Perfect Career (PYPC) is one of our signature career-readiness events that connects college students and recent alumni with professionals across diverse industries. Through mock interviews, resume reviews, and career conversations, volunteers help students gain confidence and tools to pursue their goals.&nbsp;
We&rsquo;re gearing up for PYPC this spring on March 28, 2026&mdash;in person!
