Back in 2022, this incredible community helped Massachusetts make history by electing me as our state’s first woman governor. And last night, voters made history by doing it again in New Jersey and Virginia!

By electing Mikie Sherill and Abigail Spanberger, voters proved that they want strong Democratic leaders who are going to tackle affordability. Both of these exceptional women are going to get to work every single day to put people first, lower costs, and make people’s lives easier. I couldn’t be more excited to work alongside them. 

In state after state, voters turned out to reject Donald Trump’s agenda that is making life harder and more expensive. While he’s focused on ballrooms and bathrooms and Great Gatsby parties, Democrats are actually stepping up to make life more affordable. And people are embracing that.

That’s what last night’s results showed. But there is more work to be done.
