Last night, we showed that the power of the people is greater than the president in power. 

I was thrilled to spend time travelling across New Jersey this weekend, and I knew that we would elect Mikie Sherrill.

We now have a Governor-elect who is going to work everyday to improve the lives of New Jerseyans. I know this because I have seen it firsthand for nearly 20 years.

From New Jersey to California, there was a rejection of Trump's policies of cruelty, chaos, and corruption.

His broken promises to lower costs on Americans are being met by leaders who are determined to stand up to him; to fight to lower costs and to challenge his corrupt, illegal and unconstitutional actions.

We will match his darkness with our light.

The work continues.
