One year ago, Donald Trump was re-elected President. It was a difficult night for so many of us because of what it represented: a return to division, extremism, and chaos.
Over the past year, we’ve seen the effects of that. From deep cuts to healthcare and public education to attacks on federal workers and the very agencies meant to serve the American people, we’ve seen what happens when politics is used to divide instead of deliver.
But I want to tell you this: I’m not giving up. I’ve spent my career building bridges, protecting our communities, and delivering real results for the people of Middle and Southwest Georgia. And I’m going to keep doing just that because our nation’s progress depends on leaders who put people over politics.
