Friend,
People keep asking us: Why do we keep making a big deal about Trump? Why do we keep messing with him?
Check out these results from last night and compare them with another number that just so happens to be... really damn close:
In Virginia exit polls, Trump's approval was 41% approve / 56% disapprove (-15). The Gubernatorial election results? The Republican lost (roughly) 42-57 to Abigail Spanberger. That's 15 points.
In New Jersey exit polls, Trump's approval was 43% approve / 55% disapprove (-12). The final margin for Mikie Sherrill to win? 13 points as of now. 56-43.
In California, Trump's approval was 34% approve / 63% disapprove. And what margin did the redistricting proposal (Prop 50) win by? 28 points. 64-36.
The proof is in the numbers, folks. This is still about Donald Trump.
Calling out this “president” for every mistake he makes is how we take Trump’s majorities and save democracy.
Last night was just a preview. It was just a taste of what’s to come if we keep pushing. Trump is historically weak, with his highest disapproval ratings ever, and MAGA is fueled entirely by fear — but we have to redouble our focus because being trapped in a corner (of their own making) is perhaps also when they’re at their most dangerous.
We’re officially less than a year away from Election Day 2026, and it’s all ours for the taking.
This is the momentum we needed. We’re targeting 26 MAGA seats in 2026, and with your help, we’ll flip all of them.
What we’re doing is working. Chip in to keep the ball rolling >> <[link removed]>
