This is a man who wants government-run grocery stores. He praised George Soros-style soft-on-crime policies. He thinks the problem after 9/11 was that his aunt got dirty looks—not that Americans were murdered in cold blood. He wants to rip down statues of Columbus.

How did someone like that get elected? Because too many of the sane people had already fled New York City.

Since I became Governor, we’ve gone from 300,000 fewer registered Republicans to 1.4 million more. Center-right voters from every state have been flowing into Florida. People are voting with their feet, John.

But when bad leftist policies drive out these voters, it leaves the remaining electorate even more left. It’s a downward spiral that ends with radical leftists like Mamdani winning our cities.

I welcome all who come seeking freedom, but I’d rather export the Florida Blueprint than import every conservative to the Free State of Florida.
