As Secretary of State, I’ve spent this year doing exactly that; defending the freedom to vote and protecting Minnesotans’ privacy from unlawful federal overreach.
When the Department of Justice demanded unlawful access to private voter data, I refused.
When false claims about mail-in ballots spread, I told the truth.
When disinformation threatened trust in our elections, I fought back, and we won.
