Friend, what a night!

Last night voters across the country delivered Democrats a clean sweep.

We won governors’ races in Virginia and New Jersey, passed a critical ballot measure in California to offset Trump’s gerrymandering in Texas, flipped state senate seats in Mississippi, and elected a talented new progressive mayor in New York City.

Make no mistake: yesterday was a referendum on Trump and Republicans.

Voters sent a clear message that they’re fed up with Trump’s cruelty and corruption, frustrated by a servile Congress who refuses to stand up to him, and ready for new leaders that will put costs and affordability front-and-center. 

But now is not the time to sit back. With the midterms ahead, we must begin organizing RIGHT NOW to take back Congress. My team and I are working everyday to mobilize voters in Texas – and last night proved that victory, even in Texas, is within reach.
