Abigail Spanberger and Mikie Sherrill’s wins in Virginia and New Jersey are a strong sign of momentum for Democratic candidates and against the extreme GOP — now, we need to keep it up. Can you invest any amount in our campaign today to help?

John, we are beginning to turn the tide for the American people, and if we can harness this energy going into the midterms, I am confident that we can stop the MAGA agenda in Washington and beyond. But Republicans have cash on their side.

Here in NC, they’re starting to spend hundreds of millions against me — and we expect more to come. In fact, experts think this could be the first-ever billion-dollar U.S. Senate race… all to cement GOP control in Washington.

We have aggressive plans for voter outreach to spread our message to every corner of this state, but we can’t just play offense. We have to defend against GOP attacks as well.

We have less than a year to counter the MAGA movement’s lies and mega-donors. That means we need the financial strength to take them on, dollar for dollar, for the next 363 days. Contributions or gifts to Cooper Victory Fund are not tax deductible.

The first $7,000 of each contribution from a person and the first $10,000 from a multicandidate committee (“PAC”) will be allocated to Cooper for North Carolina. The first $3,500 of a person’s contribution and the first $5,000 of a PAC’s contribution will be designated for the primary election; the next $3,500/$5,000 will be designated for the general election. The next $132,900 from a person and the next $45,000 from a PAC will be allocated to the DSCC Headquarters Fund. The next $132,900 from a person and the next $45,000 from a PAC will be allocated to the DSCC Legal Fund. A contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution.
