Updated minimum-wage, new Paid Leave posters available

2026 minimum-wage poster

Minnesota law requires employers to provide some notices to their employees and requires certain posters to be displayed in a location where employees can easily see them.

The notices and posters are available at no cost on the Workplace notices and posters webpage and need to be updated only when Minnesota law changes.

New minimum-wage rates and the state's Paid Leave program begin Jan. 1, 2026. The updated minimum-wage poster and new Paid Leave posters are each available in five languages.

Sign up to be notified when Minnesota notices or posters have been updated or added.
