** The historic launch of the Nintendo Entertainment System, as told by the people who lived it
------------------------------------------------------------
Last month, we held a reunion panel with Nintendo employees who launched the Nintendo Entertainment System. Hear from Nintendo alumni Bruce Lowry, Gail Tilden, and Lance Barr about how the scrappy staff at NOA defied all odds and released one of the most iconic game systems ever.
Even if you’re a Nintendo superfan, you’ve never heard stories like this! We went deep on Nintendo focus tests, prototype systems, and the snake-infested warehouse in New Jersey where the NES was born.
This was a once-in-a-lifetime panel, about an event that changed video game history forever. We’re excited to share it with you! It’s nearly two hours of discussion, but thanks to the generosity and humor of our guests, the time flies right by.
