It's been more than SIX WEEKS since Democrat Adelita Grijalva won the
special election in Arizona's 7th Congressional District.^1

But Republican Speaker Mike Johnson is STILL refusing to swear her in.

Why? Likely because Rep.-Elect Grijalva would be the majority-clinching
218th signature needed to force a vote on releasing the Epstein files.

But this goes far beyond just protecting Trump from the Epstein
scandal. It's a dry run for how Trump and his MAGA allies in Congress
could block Democrats from taking control of Congress after the midterm
elections.

We need to sound the alarm and demand that Mike Johnson swear in
Rep.-Elect Grijalva right now — because if Republicans can get away with
this, our entire system of free and fair elections is at risk.

Donald Trump's approval ratings have hit an all-time low, and he knows
he's likely to lose control of Congress in next year's midterm elections.

So he's launched an all-out effort to steal it instead.

He's already snatched at least six seats with an unprecedented mid-decade
gerrymandering push, and he's using illegal executive orders to make it
harder to vote, meddle with voting machines, and potentially undermine
vote-by-mail.^2

MAGA Republicans in the House have also passed a bill called the SAVE Act,
which would disenfranchise tens of millions of people, especially married
women who have changed their names, transgender people, immigrants, and
people who have recently moved.^3

Now they're laying the groundwork for a nuclear option to overturn the
midterms by simply refusing to swear in newly elected Democratic members.

We've already mobilized tens of thousands of people to demand that Speaker
Johnson swear in Rep. Grijalva, and now we need to ramp up the pressure to
stop Republicans from using this same tactic to steal the midterms.
