Updated minimum-wage, new Paid Leave posters available

Print or order free updated minimum-wage and Paid Leave posters

Minnesota’s minimum-wage rate will be adjusted for inflation on Jan. 1, 2026, to $11.41 an hour for all employers in the state. The 90-day training wage for workers under age 20 will increase to $9.31 an hour.

In addition to the updated minimum-wage poster, a new Paid Leave poster is now available. Both posters are mandatory and each is available in five languages.

The posters are available to print or ordered for free from the Department of Labor and Industry website. They are available individually or as part of a poster pack.

Minnesota law requires employers to display required workplace posters in a location where employees can easily see them.
