But it's about more than just winning an election. The character of our country is on the ballot this year.

We have an obligation to change this country for everyone -- to come together as Americans to solve the challenges ahead of us.

It really is a battle for the soul of our nation -- but the thing about battles is that they are not won alone. You are a critical part of this fight.

Look, it's not a secret that Trump has millions of dollars in the bank to spend on this election. It's just a fact.

He's already poured enormous amounts of money into battleground states to try and lie his way into four more years in the White House.

But here's the thing: Together, we have built a team of millions of folks across the country who have stepped up in a huge way to fuel our campaign.

We might not be able to match Trump dollar for dollar, but thanks to this truly amazing grassroots team, we'll be able to compete in expensive states like Florida, Pennsylvania, and Texas.

Thanks to you and folks like you, we have a real shot at winning and bringing honesty and decency back to the White House -- but only if we keep up the fight. That's why I'm asking you today, even though it's the part of this job that I like the least, to pitch in if you can.
