Team, last night Democrats won big across the board.

From New York City, to Virginia, to New Jersey, to California, voters went to the polls — in record numbers in some cases — to make their voices heard, and the message was clear: Donald Trump’s presidency is a failure, and Americans want change.

Not only did Democrats win against the far-right, but some inspiring progressive fighters led an entire new generation of voters to get off the sidelines and into the fight.

I was proud to support Zohran Mamdani and the momentum we saw behind his campaign was nothing short of incredible. It proves that if we want to build the enthusiasm and excitement needed to win, we must put forward a bold, positive, affordability-focused message for working class voters to get behind.

That’s exactly what I’m working to do here in Massachusetts.

Last month the campaign for Senate officially began when a challenger entered this race. One who does not share our bold and progressive vision.

I’m running for reelection because I understand that we can’t sit back and play dead when Donald Trump is tearing down our democracy and driving up the cost of everything from health care to groceries. We have to fight back.

I’ve never backed down from defending the working class from Republicans cuts to health care, food assistance, and other lifesaving programs. I’ve never given in to their hateful attacks against immigrants, communities of color, and LGBTQ+ people.
