Today's full moon is coming in like a hammer to shake
things up and demanding a full reorg.
Because the old world order isn't working. And that's what this
full moon is all about. Taurus demands stability but scorpio
demands truth. It is asking us to take a good hard look at the
illusions of safety, the false promises of security and the cost
of comfort. The illusions of empire are being exposed and it's
time to take back our power.
In today's movement practice, we will disrupt "comfort zone" and
explore our attachments to comfort, convenience and control.
Because what we thought was stable might, in fact, be keeping us
stuck. It's time to stop settling for the bare minimum and start
imagining better. When we let go of our need for control and
build real trust from the ground up, we lay the foundation for
new possibilities and real structures of care that take care of
all of us.

expectations or goals. Using music, our senses, intuition and
imagination as our guides will cultivate a movement language that
reveals new pathways to possibility and collective
liberation. Together, we’ll unpack and unlearn all that we’ve
accumulated along the way: limiting beliefs, habitual patterns,
negative thoughts – so that we can break down the barriers and
breakthrough to freedom.

* Water, tea, or something nourishing
* A journal + pen
* Earthly offerings for the alter (any symbols of nature that can
ground your practice and this portal)
