How To Target and Activate Deep Stomach Fat With The Power Plate:

Visceral fat lives deep in the abdominal cavity, wrapped around your organs. It’s hard to reach because blood flow there is poor, and stress hormones like cortisol keep it locked in place. 

When you stand or place your midsection on the Power Plate, three main things happen at once.

First, the vibration forces tiny reflex contractions through your core muscles, including the deep stabilizers that don’t normally fire.

Second, those contractions push blood, oxygen, and lymph into areas that are usually stagnant. This turns on nitric oxide production, which opens capillaries and makes fat available for oxidation.

Third, the mechanical signal raises growth hormone and lowers cortisol, shifting your chemistry from “store fat” to “burn fat.”

Over time, this combination improves insulin sensitivity, reduces inflammation, and helps convert stubborn white fat into a more metabolically active form.

Start with short daily sessions. You can do this fasted in the morning or before a sauna.

Stand with knees slightly bent for a minute or two at low frequency to warm up and get blood moving.

Then lower yourself so your forearms rest on the plate in a plank position, or lean your belly gently onto the plate if that feels comfortable. 

Stay for about a minute, step off and breathe for 30 seconds, and repeat three times.

You can mix in light squats or lunges to engage more muscle.

Finish by standing again for a couple of minutes, soft knees, slow breathing, letting your abdomen relax and pulse with the vibration to help lymph flow.

Follow with sauna or a brisk walk within an hour to help clear the liberated fat and support recovery.

To make this work, you also need to keep insulin low for a few hours after.

Avoid sugar or refined carbs, stay hydrated, and use electrolytes. 

Do a dynamic resistance session on the plate (with exercise bands, dumbells etc)  twice per week to create deeper muscle demand, and protect your sleep because high cortisol shuts the process down.
