He is the new leader of the Democrat Party, and will lead to primary challenges from the Hudson River to the Salton Sea. Now that The Zohran doesn't have to pretend to be a "moderate" anymore and can strut in his true form, it's going to cause headaches for a Democrat Party already struggling with its extremist base.
