Unfortunately, children didn't draw those maps -- but voters may have been more fairly represented if they had. It was map manipulators during the last redistricting cycle.

This week, filmmakers of the documentary "Slay The Dragon" joined NPR to explain how grassroots movements in Wisconsin and Michigan fought against the map manipulation of 2011.
