John,
The first solid numbers for Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court Retention election were released this morning:

Democrats are leading Republicans in absentee votes by over 300,000 ballots. That’s huge — and it’s proof that our organizing is working.
But before we celebrate, here’s the truth: today will decide everything.
In 2020, we saw what’s called the “red mirage.” Republicans looked strong early on because same-day votes were counted first, while Democrats’ mail ballots were counted later.
This year, it could be the opposite — a “blue mirage.” The early vote looks great, but MAGA voters are expected to flood polling places today.
Over 3 million Pennsylvanians are expected to cast ballots in total. That means 2 million+ votes are still up for grabs right now.
That’s why today’s effort, these final few hours, matters more than any other day in this entire election.
Defend Our Courts is on the ground across Pennsylvania, making sure every Democrat gets to the polls — fueling canvass teams, keeping our organizers moving, and powering ads to drive turnout until the last poll closes.
We’re this close to victory, but we need one last surge of resources to push through the finish line. Will you rush an emergency donation of $50, $25, or whatever you can to help Defend Our Courts turn out every last Democrat before polls close tonight?
| If you've stored your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will process now. |
What we do today matters most. Let’s win this.
