Today, November 4th, the voters of Virginia and New Jersey are casting their votes to elect their next Governors.
Today also marks one year since Donald Trump was elected for his second term, which has culminated in an all-out assault on our democratic norms, institutions, and fundamental Constitutional rights, and has sent our country spiraling into authoritarianism.
And most importantly, today marks one year until we have our greatest opportunity to change that.
