If MAGA seizes this court Dems never win PA again. Democrats were poised for a massive comeback victory until Trump intervened on Sunday night and flipped the race on its head. To stabilize the situation and blunt the impact of Trump’s final push, Defend our Courts took a dangerous gamble. We wagered our entire war chest on a massive final round of ads and text messages under the notion that we could recoup it last night and today. We didn’t and now we are out of money. We needed to raise a minimum of $150k today to become solvent again. We are halfway there but donations have drastically fallen off over the last hour.  Right now we are so far off that we are cutting shifts for our canvassing team at the exact moment the far-right is unloading a tidal wave of dark-money ads to steal this court. If we lose this race because of a few hundred votes we will never be able to forgive ourselves. This race could be decided by thousands if not hundreds of votes. We need to get back on track towards recouping our budget and get these canvassing shifts back on today’s schedule.
