Early vote analysis and turnout estimates are showing an extremely tight race for three Dem-held seats on the state Supreme Court in Pennsylvania.
Defend Our Courts has been ringing the alarm for months now: Democrats cannot get complacent and think that they have any race in the bag—especially not when MAGA has gone into overdrive to win.

Trump wants us to give up. He wants us sad and angry, and thinking that resistance is futile.
But we haven’t heard the final bell ring yet. This thing is nowhere near over—and, dammit, even if we couldn’t win we would fight to the very end. That’s the only way we will ever defeat the terrifying spectre of fascism in America.
