Thanks to you, we reached our end-of-month fundraising goal — and I couldn’t be more grateful.

You’ve always shown up when it matters most, standing with me to protect and strengthen CA-25. Together, we’ve accomplished so much for our community. But right now, many of our friends and neighbors are facing incredibly tough times.

We’re now in the second month of the Republican government shutdown. And as of November 1, families struggling to feed their kids will no longer receive the help they need from the SNAP food assistance program.

That means millions of people across the country — and thousands right here at home — are suddenly without the help they rely on to feed their families.

Parents are wondering how they’ll put dinner on the table. Kids are showing up to school hungry. And all of it is completely avoidable.

Donald Trump and Congressional Republicans could fund SNAP today. They could come to the table, reopen the government, and make sure no child goes hungry — but so far, they’ve refused.

So I’m asking you: will you add your name to demand that Donald Trump and his allies in Congress fund SNAP and end this shutdown?
