John,
Today is the Pennsylvania State Supreme Court election.
On the line is control of key swing state Pennsylvania (19 electoral college votes), the backbone of the Democratic blue wall strategy for winning Presidential elections. This court also has the ability to protect or ban abortion and has the final say on PA’s Congressional maps.
So much is on the line, which is why MAGA has spent tens of millions on a sophisticated covert disinformation campaign aimed at deceiving Democratic voters into voting No — the GOP ballot choice.

Examples of MAGA’s complex disinformation campaign.
For the last three months, Democrat and Independent voters in Pennsylvania have been saturated with ads, mailers, and texts, covertly funded by the GOP, who are attempting to paint the MAGA ballot choice as the progressive choice.
Because no partisan identification appears next to the Justices' names, the GOP hopes that these efforts will confuse Democrats and Independents into voting MAGA.
It is working. While we won't truly know the extent of how many of our own voters were duped until polls close, outreach to voters who requested mail-in ballots shows that thousands of our voters voted for MAGA. If this trend continues into tonight, it could be decisive.
We have one last chance to influence the outcome of this race. To combat this, we are going out on a limb and are spending money we don’t have on a text to Democratic voters urging them to write the names of the judges to vote yes for on their wrists before they go to the polls.
The text reads: “Today is election day in the critical Pennsylvania Supreme Court Election. To protect abortion, you must vote yes to retain it before 8 PM. Write vote yes on Donohue, Dougherty, and Wecht on your wrist before heading to the polls.”
Can you help us in our desperate final push to stave off MAGA’s disinformation and help us save the critical Pennsylvania Supreme Court with one final donation?
Thank you for standing with Pennsylvania during our moment of crisis. It will never be forgotten.
