At the University of Central Missouri, The Rock, a ministry of First UMC in Warrensburg, is helping college students find a home-away-from-home – both literally and metaphorically. While the ministry provides connection and community for several students from a variety of cultural backgrounds, The Rock also manages and rents apartments above its meeting space. Read more →

Festival of Sharing Quilt Auction
The 2025 Quilt Auction is now open! The auction runs until 10 a.m. on Nov. 8 and benefits the Church World Service Blanket program, which assists those rebuilding after a disaster. This is a great opportunity to pick out those birthday, Christmas, wedding or new baby gifts while helping a good cause. The session will last about 60 minutes, and you’ll be invited to ask or answer clarifying questions to help one another reflect more deeply on where God might be leading.
