While our nation’s heroes and federal workers are going without pay, Democrat politicians are more concerned with White House renovations than ending the government shutdown.

As the government shutdown continues to drag on, Democrats are picking the wrong side of every 80-20 issue. Currently, our service members and federal employees are worried about how they will afford groceries or pay their mortgage, but Democrats are more concerned with President Trump’s White House renovations. The citizens of Nevada’s 4th Congressional District deserve to know that their Congressman is focused on serving them in Washington, not political showmanship!

Democrats in Washington are currently involved in one of the most tone-deaf political displays our country has seen. While they are focused on the White House construction, they continue to gaslight the American people, claiming Republicans are to blame for the shutdown. Not to mention, Democrats in the Senate have now rejected ANOTHER clean continuing resolution. 
 

When I'm in Congress, I'll fight for my constituents because I believe that Congressmembers should serve their constituents, not use them in their political games! The Nevadans of our district will be sending me to Washington to work for them, not participate in political stunts.
