We’re voting to retain Justices Christine Donohue, Kevin Dougherty, and David Wecht, three proven champions of fairness and independence. Together, they’ve protected some of the most fundamental rights that define who we are as Pennsylvanians.
They’ve stood up for our right to vote and made sure every ballot — including mail ballots — counts. They’ve upheld reproductive freedom and defended the right of each of us to make our own personal health care decisions. They’ve supported working families by protecting job security, fair wages, and holding corporations accountable when they exploit workers.
They’ve also worked to expand access to affordable housing, ease the burden of medical debt, and ensure our public schools have the resources they need to give every child a fair shot. Their rulings have advanced environmental protections, healthcare access, and the principle that equal justice belongs to all of us — no matter our income, background, or ZIP code.
In this moment, when so much is at stake, we need justices who will not back down — who will keep ruling with fairness, independence, and integrity. Because when our courts are fair, our democracy is strong.
